I've got 2 boxes with the same line. One went off yesterday, and the other has gone off today.
When I press the info button on a channel, the ND symbol is orange, we're as it was green yesterday.
Internet connects seem fine, green/orange lights on the back of the boxes.

    Any ideas?

i can only assume that i have a faulty skybox as its not a dish/cable issue these have been tested by myself and i am a satellite engineer

My box has done the same today, all channels are displaying "no signal" even the FTA ones.
            It was working fine yesterday.
A friend brought their box round to try and it was the same.
Was about to buy a new lnb as I thought this must be the problem but then I noticed this thread whilst getting a new channel list.
Completely confused now. Might take my box round to his house and try there.

Box on BBC1 Press the info button on the remote 3 times and you should see Signal & Quality bars. If the signal is 45 or less its the LNB, Dish, wiring/fittings to the dish or tuner. Check with a known working box to eliminate the tuner.

Hi Problem is that these boxes have been failing for a variety of reasons from day one. They are cheap and nasty and come all the way from good old China. What do you expect for 40 pounds.

                Regards

The simple answer to that is that you dont need ro retune the channels, you have to go and activate your internet to on, its probably on wifi
