i just did which got me the movies back but the last update file i could find online was the 20.07.2015 but i am new to this sort of thing so still dont know where to get update channel list fromComment

The red stickies section at the top of the forum contains cwaite's and aj's newest channel lists, both do the same thing just the channel numbering is different. Just remember to unzip the downloaded list first and delete your old channel list off your box, full instructions @post 2 of aj's list here

Thanks that helped but still missing sky one +1 and sky atlantci but now getting sky 1 and sky altantci + 1

Sounds like a problem with your dish, lnb or cabling. But try this first, on your remote menu-channel edit, red button select 'all' and find and delete $ky atlantic. Next do a TP_list scan on freq 12148 27500 H instructions on how to do this can be found here
$ky Atlantic should be now at the end of all your channels.Comment

Dish is fine as i have sky plus downstairs and that's working fine and i have moved the boxes around and still the same problem.Comment

using an official receiver with these cheap tat receivers is a big no-no, switch off the official receiver completely and by that i mean unplug it then try those channels again.
