The reason i want it to auto update is coz if i forget to manually do it one week my series link revording wont record as there will be no epg. Am i correct?
Yes you're correct, if there's no data been populated in your EPG then series link will stop, if your crossepg auto download at the time you stated today it will do the same tomorrow, unless the box is powered off.
