For all those who have had a problem with channel lock when it has happened to me i have powered off and whilst rebooting held down the 'up' arrow or 'down' arrow over the OK button through boot up one or the other usuall moves the channels. You need to move the channel numbers by 5 or 6 this shifts the channel lock if it doesnt move by the up try the down then delete the channel other wise it will still lock the next time you use it good luck ts a swine of a thing to get out off when you dont know.

Hi. After reading the advice on this forum. I have successfully setup a S9 openbox with CS share. Thanks for your help.
I am experiencing crackling audio on loud audio like others have stated. Is this related to the box or fimware?
I can no longer save my firmware to USB since upgrading to the latest firmware HDS2_CMT_1011161216. I know that this issue has already been recorded. Does anyone know it this was intentional or a bug in the last software release?
Thanks for your repliesComment

It turned out the HD interface on my TV was faulty. I contacted Panasonic customer care and then took the TV into a service centre. They isolated the fault and Panasonic authorised a warranty repair even though the TV is almost 2 years old! Nice one Panasonic!!!I would still consider trying another cable before anything else. I am lending mine to a mate for testing and when we se it up ealier on his HDMI the picture had Red lines thru it. He has a DM800 that never had an issue on his cable. We swapped for my HDMI cable and all was fine.
Can you beg ,borrow or Steal one from somewhere? Also has your Panny not got component input? much better than scart.

I'm chuffed to finally have got it sorted.
Also, I was playing with the box last night and found the issues with crackling audio to be least noticable when the video output is 1080i_50 and audio output LPCM out. Hopefully the next firmware will address that properly.

I have on of these boxes every time I tried to add cccam.cfg through usb the it cannot detect the file on the usb. I've tried everything from format of the usb to size and processes in which I've attached the file to the flash drive i.e. copy paste in windows edited from flash using notepad++ still nothing any suggestions?Comment

The file must be named CCcam.cfg and not cccam.cfg and also if you use notepad to make the file make sure when you are saving it to use save as and type file name CCcam.cfg and file save as type = all files and not txt fileComment

Newbie, please be gentle!
Happy New Year everyone!
I have had one of these boxes for about a month now and am really happy. I live in southern Spain so get all my English channels. I don't understand all the jargon about programming the box, I pay a company here in Spain 15 euros a month for the premium channels. The only thing I would like is Sly 3D, as I have a UE55C7000 Samsung (which is excellent). Can anyone explain in easy to understand terms how to add this channel? I am pretty competent in most PC and AV areas.
Many thanks guys (and girls)
PS I receive the channel but it is scrambled.Last edited by dantis; 3 January, 2011, 21:02.Comment

1. Improved some of the reading problems from viaccess smartcards
2. Improved speed for cccam
3. Added cccam`s cccam.prio file to improve cccam share HD channels
4. Added Danish language
5. Attrack clone STB to upgrade the new firmware (not sure the translation of this...)
