Thanks, but this shows the servers online that you are connected to. What I was on about is on TMN & DM when you have several lines from several provides you can see which server you are connected to on a specifc channel, it looks you can't do this with Openbox. I just got the box yesterday and had quick play with it.

Think i fixed the issue, i turned on DHCP and did a preset scan with internet on..

Now how to you install the favorite.abs file??

Do you install it first and then scan for channels or install channels then the file?

ok guy's need some guidance now please.

when i do a scan on 28.2e all the TP's on vertical are showing as failed and end result is that I'm not seeing any of the music channels on the final prog list.... any ideas please

uploaded the 28.2 channel list and got (from what i can see) all the channels listed as required but now on quite a few of them I'm getting no signal?? help pls

Sorry for the late response but I was having the same issue. I had a sly HD box and Freesat tv on the same lnb (octo lnb). I disconnected both the TV and sly box. When I did that openbox picked up all the channels no problem.

Sly Sp3 was one of my problem channels so I kept it on that, plugged in the TV coax, no issues, plugged in line 1 on the sly box, no issues, plugged in line 2 on the sly box, no signal on openbox.

Connecting both inputs on the sly box seems to be the problem and I lost about 50% of my HD channels.

So......I bought an inline amp on ebay, now I can connect everything okay and get a fairly good signal on the openbox (90% sig, 75% quality) but get a bit of pixelation on some of the hd channels. My cable run is quite long (about 60 feet).

Does anyone else have the stalling/pixelation issues? they only occur on HD channels.

Cheers mept, i manage to get it dne!! I took da plunge an jus uploaded the fav file!!

I was havin issue with my sky news( rebooting) i have nw deleted it!! Wats the best way to get a working sky news channel??

i just added the hd sky news,....the sd one causes the rebooting.

yip,...best budget hd box i,v come across,...perfer it over the vu duo(personal opinion of course).

The only downside i see is da fact u cant access it ova the web and da reboot issue! But im sure as the box becomes more commercial the software support will improve!!

agreed but for less than ?100,..well worth it,.. but the reboot issue has been sorted,..i uploaded a list with all the rebooting channels removed,but maybe except that sd skynews channel.
