quick question for someone
about half of my music channels dont work properly and some are playing over the top of each other
any ideas would be helpful

Doesn't work on my Duo either. Vix 2.4 iirc.

Maybe it's something to do with the image being used?

Is it possible to add picons to Vu+ duo???

I've noticed that you can go up/down the channel list i.e
140-141-142-143 no problems with the blackhole images, but certain others do cause probs.
I'm currently using vix on a vuduo and any time it hits a placeholder channel[ btw my placeholders are sly intro channel ] I have to input a number to change the channel, up/down wont work.

That is probably because you have the Sky Intro set up as a TV channel it will, Set it as a non service channel and it should skip on the VU

Yeah, when I saw SGTFlipFlop's post, the penny dropped. However, the on screen display was shown a different freq to that in the bouquet, so this was confusing me.

Okay here we go, After a lot of people asking I have added the sky numbering to the Enigma2 bouquet. 106 - Sky One, 401 - Sky Sports 1 etc these channels are situated in the SGTFlipFlop folder up top, Now if you don't want the Sky Numbering just delete this folder and it will turn back to Oldskool bouquet set-up.

Before these Numbering bouquets work you need to make some changes to DBE and your Enigma2 box

For Regional changes you will now need to do these in SGTFlipFlop & Entertainment bouquets now.

in DBE options > advanced > make sure all boxes are ticked especially Allow Duplicate Entries

On Dreambox make sure Multi Bouquets are ticked (Menu>Setup>System>Customize>Expert>Enable Multi Bouquets-YES)

The text in bold needs to be done before you open the bouquets in DBE, Thanks

These bouquets are positioned identical to the Sky Box, Enjoy a neat up to date bouquet.


** Edit your own BBC & ITV Regional channels to suit your needs in DreamboxEdit (If you are from Ireland, I've renamed all Irish channels so easy for you to find) **

Also added Picons for Sky UK,
All correctly mapped and a few obscure ones missing only

Use any FTP client, DCC for example, to transfer the picon directory to
one of the following paths on Flash, HDD, CF or USB respectively:

/usr/share/enigma2
NOT recommended, because of limited capacity of the flash memory

/media/hdd
HDD will keep running indefinitely and may affect image performance

/media/cf
Recommended if CF available and successfully mounted (8000/800)

/media/usb
Recommended if USB available and successfully mounted (8000/800)

Picon will display immediately on zapping, no further setup required!

Always remove old picons from Dreambox before uploading new ones,
Sometimes they don't overwrite correctly
