I am a brand new user so I am sure I am doing something stupid!

I am following the guide

but when I press send files to dreambox it does its stuff...

but then I get the following pop up window error message

"Sending reload command failed. See the log for more information. Reboot the Dreambox by hand to activate the new settings."

I have downloaded the latest bouquet 07/03/12, twice in fact just in case something happened but still now joy. Maybe i'll wait till the next update if I cant sort it.

why not look in all channels and swap the sky2 over with a working one from in there thats what i did with sky2.

That's what I had to do, as I copy and paste MY favourites on every change.

Just delete the the Sky 2 you use if you've stored it there. Then copy and paste from all channels into YOUR favourites.
