just get a pic of dish flashing in top right corner of screen and thats all i get, not to worry going over to the chap i bought it off and he is going to change the bos for me so will see how we get on with a new box,

When you set up your tuner configuration you did change the voltage option because it sounds like you have no power going to dish .

where should i change the power and to what ??? will give it one last go then if it dosnt work there will be 1 x DM800 hd and 2 x DM 500s up for grabs.

Cant see there being problems with 3 different boxes mate.
On some images yiou can change the Tone Ampitude in tuner configuration.
The motor gets its power from the box through the coax.

In my image ive 4 options and if its on the wrong one it wont move the dish.
Look at the picture in post 4 from your other thread.

When you configured your tuner and changed your long and lat one of the options is voltage I'm sure you need to make it + voltage it will say exactly what voltage in the sticky you read before about setting up you box for usuals.

try setting it up for a static dish , you should pull a signal if the dish is alligned correctly and pointing at 28.2 e

this is on an 800SE , so may be differant layout in standard 800 (values should be pretty much the same tho)
