DM800S arrived - Flashed but nothing happening

Thanks ? I cracked it using Dream up and the "2nd stage force flash files" from above. I was going wrong on two counts. This might help others
1 ? I could not connect to the patched copy of dreamup with the null modem cable. I resolved this by connecting by null modem cable and Ethernet cable at the same time and ticking the latter option. This seemed to force it to connect.
2 ? I then got the ?file to big? error. I have discovered that this is because I had not flashed the small file first. Once I did the above I could then re flash with the larger image.
All is now well!
