                                        i can not start my dreambox 800 hd...I forgot to make a backup before the update procedure. And now my dm800 can not boot...
                                        can anyone help my with any guides?

                                                I have recently bought a DM500S.
                                                i installed PLI image and evrything worked great.
                                                the first moment i tried to install some app from internet on it, it freezed for a moment and did not respond any more.
                                                i tried to reset it pluging out the power supply but when i reinserted power it did not respond any more.
                                                the lightindicator turns on green but nothing appears on tv.
                                                trying to acces it from my pc via ftp, no response from it.
                                                trying to flash it, still no response.

                                                /B Please Help, is there something i can do to revive it or i must buy an other one?

                                                    Use a null modem cable and dreamup to reflash the image.
