      Update:

      Manual Scan did the Trick!

Tuner Failed issue is Gone! And All HD Channels are working solid now!!!

So if you are having the same issue then thanks to alom5 simply run a manual scan and good luck

      Thanks

I had this same problem with a number of images. You could do a manual scan, but that's long, I just use SGTFlipFlops bouquets and do the following...

            The solution for me was..
            1. Install a new image, set up the tuner (single, single, 28.2E).
            2. FTP over SGTFlipFlops Bouquets.
            3. Reboot your box (Full reboot, not just Enigma2/GUI)
            4. Now go back into tuner configuration, and set the tuner again (it will have changed back to 19.2E)
            5. Now it should work as normal (no reboot needed), try viewing FTA channels.

I had this same problem, and went through dozens of images, I found that doing the above solved the "Tuner Failed" error on every image.

I dont know why this happens, but just keep checking your tuner configuration & full restart your box. It will change the tuner configuration settings to 19.2E somewhere down the line.
