To remove noise can enter the supply fan with a resistance value between 60 ohm/3w.......100ohm/3w by cooler large cooler if they put 100 s ohm/3w if is small and if put a lower value is by sounding cooler so just be warm seams are isolated do not contact any one component on the board. I removed the card reader and shorted pins 5 and 6 with a HDD jumper. I found that if you don't do this, you'll see a lot of crashes.

I removed the card reader but pins still unlocked. It works fine (Cloud Ibox+OpenPLi 4 ferrari v3a+upgrades up to this day from OpenPLi feed). But sometimes have to restart a softcam(mgcamd1.38c). May be a shorted pins (5 and 6) is solve my problem?

Use image open AAF 12 08 2013 install TSpanel plugin remove unecesary plugin install plugin "CACHEFLUSH" look---- AFTER RUN CACHE FLUSH plugin it most you have 20-30 % free memory
use cccam 2.3.0

My cloud ibox 2 arrived and its not based on the VU+ solo. It seems cloud ibox 2 is max digital xp1000 clone. It comes with openpli 4.0 pre installed and updates seem to work. Pretty impressed with it to be honest. Much better design than the cloud ibox1.

I will say this though before someone else tries it. It wont accept any PLI / VIX images from there website so im guessing some clone patched images will arrive soon. I flashing various images and it just bricks the box with red light. Luckily i saved my original firmware and just reflashed it back.

Thought i would just give the heads up before many more try updating it to vix or some other xp1000 firmware.

how to install
after instal software go to plugin>software manger>plugins >install extension>
restart GUI
Go to plugins" John the ripper" remove pasword

after go to DCC and after the COMPLETE conection FTP AND TELNET use pasword ..... dreambox..... and ......good luck

I have 10 of these, all flashed with vix software & worked ok but had 2 switched off picture after 20 minutes though blue light stays on so a bit of investigation, have sold 4 of them so far & have 1 at home, all hooked up to 1tb ext hard drives & working rock solid, more stable than vu+ duo 3.2's at the moment.
