The Reciever price in China has not dropped much, as remember you pay high postage charges from Dhl/Ups and EMS really cannot be trusted, the price is still around 250-280USD closer to the top end, then you may have custom charges on this, so you think custom charges are usually high for electrical goods, you may end up paying the same price as UK, then you must remember if it breaks the ?30 you pay to send it back? Ask yourself, is it worth it?

I can tell you the price of this guy, its around 210USD i think and 60USD Del, however, they have had some bad reviews recenetly, if you look on some other forums.

Yes, i understand where your coming from, and if you dont have problems or customs directly from china is a great place to buy from, the cheapest in UK is 215 at the moment.

just got this back from china
works out as ?153.48

-DM800HD sample price: 200usd/pcs, 10-50 pcs price: 192usd/pcs
total cost for 1pcs is 250usd including all fee.
200usd + 38usd for dhl + 12.5usd for paypal 5% fee=250usd

dont know wether take the risk o just wait till january when new dm500hd and new tm hd boxes are released

Thats a good price, maybe its worth taking the risk, but then again as you said in January lots more recievers will be okay so price may drop.

Total cost $250 + the possability of having to pay import tax and VAT on top of that (add another 30% approx), for what at the end of the day is a fake... Save your money and see what the new year brings would be my advice.

I agree with Sat-Shop on this one, 250+30% of what they value the box to be, and trust me it wont be what you pay a lot of the time, think they 30% on 200?? were talking an extra 70Quid or 120USd
so your total cost is getting closer to 370USd if customs decide to.

But again its a risk, if it pays off, you get it nice and cheap, if it doesnt, then you dont basically

I was about to order from them but now i'm not sure anymore... And on january 1st the the tax-free limits rise. Maybe it'll be harder to order from china then.

DHL/UPS can be trusted, personally i only use DHL, EMS is very slow and quite often loose packages, There are a few shops selling clones in the EU, you can pick them up for around 215? Delivered, If you googled "Patch Dreambox Images UBB Forums" you can find the reviews on there. They are okay, but lots of people have had to send back for repair costing them ?40-50 quid a time as you can only send back via local post office due to customs in china, hope this helps

I was just offering advice based on what they are thinking of buying, but of course up to anyone what they wish to do.
