I would go for a Chinese dm600s rather than a dm500s as the internal ram is really limited on that box and this will be an issue when you fancy loading extra plugins. Besides the dm600 is PVR box so though it costs extra it is better in the long term.

I got a clone DM800 from yaoxin. I ordered on thursday, and it came on monday!

So far pleased with it. I have just loaded nabilosat BH11 onto it and am getting to grips with it as im a noob coming from cable. Just need to get me a motorised dish now

I've just sent a PM to Devilfish offering to give up our place if it frees up an advertising space, because while it's hardly fair to say you are 'better than any current sponser..' you are maybe better placed to advertise here, I think maybe our own target audience is elsewhere (that's by no means meant to offend any forum members!), so if we can sort something out we will... I'll just await his response.

Sorry Sat-Shop, what i mean has come accross wrong, i mean better for Clones than any sponsor, as you sell all original products i would say you are probabily the best for all orignal gear ect.

Can anyone help me.

I'm getting the breakup on SkySportsHD1/Discovery and I got an Inline Amp from ebay:

IN-LINE SIGNAL AMPLIFIER SKY SATELLITE BOOSTER+2 F PLUG on eBay (end time 02-Jan-10 14:25:23 GMT)

Plugged it in and i still get the break up...I had to use a 1M to plug the amp into the dm800 so its like

satellite feed > amp> 1m cable > dm800

any ideas? am i doing something wrong? do i plug the satfeed into in or out? the amp says:

FC-AMP-SAT/S LINE AMPLIFIER
IN 950MHz-2300MHz Gain 13-18dB

MAX output 920-2300MHz:100dB

power pass 15v

any ideas
