Many chinese clones have this HD tuner issue. Widespread reports on many forums. TM500/600 HD out soon and cheaper. UK based del and returns from a trusted company. Will be out Jan and I am sure all the sponsors will sell them.

Anyways I think I know what the problem is...

Basically when i got the amp i got the amp online, no lead to plug it into the box with so I had to borrow an old satellite coax i used for cable and it's very poor quality, used to get breakups on cable with that lead...using it with the amp does improve the breakup situation but still get breakups, so i've ordered a new satellite 1m coax cable to many this will fix it..

does this sound quite likely..?

Guys, is the technomate TM600 HD due out definitely in January? And is this an original box for ?189 and NOT cloned Technomate?

Surely im better waiting for this then as opposed to risking buying a cloned DM800S for between ?175-225????

Will this technomate work just as good as a dreambox dm800 for all channels etc?

There are no cloned Technomates. It will be out in january and will be less than ?200. It will be a good solid box with 3 versions. Not sure what the versions are . I would hold on for now.
