Capa changed basically means you solder a larger capicator to certain board revision which means the tuner works better, as capicator in many ways in like a battery.

Tony, supplier in china listed in first thread, he's okay if your a big buyer, not so good to indivuals, as i say these companies want people who order 50pc not one, thats why they are funnier towards people who order 1pc..
