Can I not tweak it from the box, Because I Don't see how the problem has been caused, I go to positioner setup in dreambox and I am able to tweak west and east and get a SNR. ?

I would send it to 1W Thor BBC World Service and check if you are still getting a picture. If you are not getting any picture then everything else will be out of alignment.Comment

Just a note on Latitude: 53.4298 north
Longitude: 2.9662 west
on dreamboxes 800hd you must start with 360 on the longitude then deduct 2.9662 = 357.033 enter this in your longitude.

mate when u tweaked last time and got snr on sky sports 1,u had to then save that position,say postion 1 then press exit,then it will say , zap back to service before tuner setup, dont select yes as u did before but select NO,,then go to tuner configuration and go to 28.2e,and scroll right to the very botton and were it says use usals for this sat select no,then store position as number 1 and press ok, u wud then have been able to view 28.2e ok, u cud have done this for the rest of ur sats to get them going also,Last edited by Wingnut; 8 January, 2011, 18:37.Comment
