1K0614517DD is not a software part number. It is hw sw combination number or order part number or something but not sw part number.

I can only recommend (anyone) to post scans in a text file or at least the identification data as an extract from it a to avoid passing wrong information or causing irritation. It only ends up the people trying to help having more work and/or creating wrong coding.

Yes, and therefore it is the part number for the pump that is mounted. But it needs the part number from the software that is running on the electronic control unit attached to the pump. It is the software that needs the coding, not the pump. So please provide software part number (and preferrable hw part number from the electronic). Both are part of identification in diagnostics (part of every full scan).

I think your VIN is wrong. There is no octavia with "12" as identification in VIN. Guess typical case of not just simply provide a scan, but instead hand writing false information Besides that, not enough information to recreate anyways
