I don't think the immobilizer don't recognize your key .
When you put the contact the red light of immobilizer start and after few second's is normal to
turn off, thereafter when you turn key to start engine your all light disappear this is one simptom
of electrical switch of the key. Try this :when you put the contact wait to stop the immo light and
with one electrical wire with 12 v dc from + of batery put this wire to the 50 circuit of the electric
motor start, you find this wire in the conector of key switch.ATENTION the gear box be on free zone
and hand brake is pull! Tell me what hapend when you do this step.

Sorry mate, I don't fully understand all that. Starter motor has been tested.

I don't think it's the key as the UCH seems to recognise it. I think it's the UCH not sending the "OK" signal to the ECU to fire.

What i think he means is.

    Switch on ignition.
Wait for immo light to switch off on dash (key recognised).
Connect a wire to positive on battery,
take other side of wire and put it on the starter solenoid where the thin wire is connected .
    Engine should crank and start.

Problem is the light doesn't go out though. So it won't do that.

I tried reprogramming the keys tonight, but no change. The IMMO comp is saying key is validated, recognised etc. Just no signal going out.

right ok, now got hearing back and can hear your vid

Had one doing this a few months back

    1) had NO oil in it, you dash says 'oil ok' work whipping your stick out and wipeing it
    2) Same car few days later - 'same ' thing - this time was flat battery.
    3) Short out the starter long time 30 seconds, see if fault logged.
    4) look for the the earth to the ecu - had a Reno Migraine in, bassically
Xavair or Claude had earthed the ecu on the engine - engine moved played
    up
    5) Throw them stupid french battery termainsal away and buy new - incase spiking ecu
    6) *THINK* but may be INCORRECT - think you should go back to your yellow
pages and find a DK member in your area - you will HAVE to tow it to that member - Don't ask who it is because not going to mention user names or avatairs
pretty sure they are in your area - but means having to log onto ebay, to get
their location, then look throgh this thraed to see your location to see if 100%
    rite or wrong

    1) I've recently dipped it and all seems to be ok. It was leaking a bit though, so i'll double check it. (recently fitted an oil cooler, and I'm not sure if it sealed fully).
2)I've tried two different batteries on it and still no change.
3)I think my auto guy tried this, but need to check.
    4) i've manually earthed the ECU to see if there is any change.
5)I've got a race battery in also, which has new terminals on it.
    6)Might just do that

We opened up and checked the connector and all seems fine.

    wtf

Tried a second hand set of ECU/UCH/Key tonight, and there is still the same issue. So it's not immobiliser/computer related unless i'm really that unlucky to buy a second hand one that's also broken.

    Ok, so

    a) 'No faults' stored in any computer?
    b) Cranks 3 seconds then stops
    c) ALL lights heater etc work?
    d) ECU has a good earth? (ignore - you said yes)
    e) SUGGESTS that either UCH or Engine ecu has a bad positive
IF you get a bit of wire and poke/prod one end on the the fuses
    for the headlights.

Then get the other end of said piece of wire and have a poke
and prod and check you have good voltitude on main power
into UCH and ignition switch. in/out

    f) Can you remind us of the story?
    g) Do your hear the sounds of horses running through the night?
    h) Ever wounder what is chasing them?
    j) If no luck then there is a good chance it will have to be towed
    to another member of DK

    *BUMP* *SPAM* *BUMP*

According to a Search the nearest DK Veteran member with a brain
    is approx "30 miles away".

Best thing you can do is see if you can zip the car up, with isomagic, winrar, winzip etc and email to this member, with all the spare parts.

Leave it with them see if they can sort it - or ebay it

a)No faults as such, just stored faults related to connectors/relays removed during testing. All comps seem ok, although the ECU won't let me erase any stored faults on it.
b)It only cranks for a few seconds if you turn the key completely through in one motion. If you stop at ignition point, then turn to crank, there is no noise.
c)all other electrics work as normal
    d)
e)ECU voltage input is fine, not checked the UCH, but as said, conneciton unit reads, configs and erases fine on CLIP.
    f)Story wise, not sure what to tell you really. The only things that I've done between the car working and not working is the following;

Track day, oil change, oil cooler added, GB oil change, race battery fitted, and ECU removed from harness and relocated.

The only problems I encountered during this was I did manage to get quite messy with the oil. Sensor maybe not working correctly??? Not sure what the sensor below the oil filter does that goes into the block. I was worried I had snipped a wire when pushing the new battery wire through the bulk head, but it's been checked and nothing looks dodgy.

    g)Horses no
h)Not usually, but come to think of it, what do you do with your evenings
j)might just have to do that

As i see the problem is comming from the ecu ,check all fuse in the engine compartiment and look if you have a red botton inside the compartiment, push it
    good luck
