Missing Channels on Mini White FY HD 800 C & FY HD 800 C II

Hi Gurus.. Im newbie here recently i purchased FY HD 800C-II & mini white FY HD 800C.. Some channels are missing.. Already contact my supplier and they cant help because its from factory.
Missing channels like TV1, TVRi, KBS , Zee Tv etc. And i noticed that these Channels are from 650mhz but it seems that no channels available on this frequency.
Any of you guys encounter e same problem?
Any Gurus here can solve this issue?And if YES can you please guide us how to solve it?

Try this to make sure u have the right freq to get all the said channels

I have the same box and the missing channels are different, mine is missing TVBJ, Fox movies and more news channel are missing too.

I've downloaded the XML file, how I should do it ? Patch ?

Posted so many times my advice that HDFY800C, HDFY800CII and HDFY800CIII shared the same firmware and hv this inherent bug that some chn sometime will be missing in their cardless model. No FIX is avlb in cardless, only fix is going back to card. But cards, you hv timebomb. The choice is yours.
And:
These boxes are NOT DREAMBOX!!!

Actually, there is a very simpler fix to it, manually input the dread K**s ( not allowed) 00 and 01 in their folder, r u home. Why bother about auto-update files when 'Big Star' never changed anything 21months.

Is asking how do we backup our existing K**s too much ? If we login to the box, what is the root default password ?

The FY boxes default 0000, no way to back-up anything unless you acccess from PCB. Method too complicated to put in words. You must know jtag and BDM. Also a Pro Nand reader wud b very useful as they use BGA Nand chip.

This is my extra box, so I do not mind playing around with it. Tried to restore factory setting but didn't help at all, I remember I read that someone is going to try and replace the tuner card in it but I think no reply after that.
I do not have a DM box (as yet) so I won't know how much different in terms of hardware, although the seller willing to change for me to another box but he did mentioned that they would be the same.
Maybe I should ask him to replace me a real dreambox and I top up the different instead.

yes, thats the right way and right mentallity.
Change to dreambox and we will be speaking in same frequency.

Yr dealer is correct. It wud b the same buggy problem. Good idea if can change DM800C which hv support here.
Changing Tuner is not the fix, it is the FW which CPU manufacturer wud not release fixes to pirate producer.

Hi all, using mini white now n face same issue. everytime you have missing channels just go to menu n do a full scan again. shld get back all channels. mini white seems sensitive to signal fluctuation so when signal not stable it may lost the channel or keep searching the channel a few times. tats wat i had experienced. generally still ok juz a bit annoying.

also used 800CII b4 mini white. also got problem on 650mhz n remember its due to low quality coxial cable. changed to RG6 coxial n problem solved. u may wish 2 try.

SN Network sharing

Hi All,
I am also using Mini white and seems to lost some channels, but after reading this thread, I am ok with it.
Just one thing I need to ask, for Mini White, there is a feature called "SN Network Sharing". Anyone care to explain:
1)What this function is for? Yes, there is an ethernet port at the back
2)If I want to use it, any procedure available?

I just got the box and still figuring out how to use it.
