Cant remember, but looking thru your post it seems to me yours is a different model from mine. Better dont upgrade with my FW, later brick.

I believe is the tuner they use, cheaper? (read somewhere in the forum) therefore not new mean can get.
You CANNOT upgrade .bin with .AP (system will not accept ,think so me not pro)
Again I think hor the FY.AP is the original firmware (look at the date)

You have already d/l the firmware that can scan the 128.5 Ks/s.
They is nothing you can do to get channel 226-228 as of now !.
Get a New set.





No framing pls. I may be wrong.....

I Believe there are three suppliers of this boxes.

1) First version FYHD ..CI ..CII Black ......(MVHD Wifi)..... can get 226-233

2) White FYHD including FYHD VII ? latest ( Cannot get 226-228)

3)TNHD HDC 888 (can get according to the pprevious post)

Did you update your set using the latest firmware? if yes, do a restore factory defaults.. you should be able to get the channels.

How do i know if i have the latest firmware. I have just bought this. Previously using a DM500C which i have relocated to my room..

one question. Is any of the fyhd model able to support streaming of channels through rj45 to any computer connected to router?

cause i know mvhd box can, but fyhd cannot yet

i know the mvhd looking box all can get.
all the fyhd boxes so far none reported.
i saw your box. loooks like its the older version of mvhd. thats why maybe your can?

If your setting at 135500/6090/qam256, only scramble channels.
Adjust your setting to 135000 and search.

looks like the scan only works for mvhd

Fyhd hd800c-vii cannot pick up 133500mhz frequency. Seems like hardware limitation.
not sure if there is a official firmware from fyhd manufacturer.
