Actually when buying box, always request for a copy of the firmware for SG.
If seller don't want to give, don't buy. There are so many sellers around who are happy to sell you the box.

This is to safeguard you in case your box have problem like now. The firmware does not need to be the latest, but at least something that can revive your box if anything crops up.

I urge all those brothers here to start contacting your seller and ask for solutions. Take this opportunity to test whether they are helpful or they just want to hit and run.

Been a while since I was here, so I saw the new firmware out and tried it.. I think I have all the B P L channels, I notice some are at the back 900++ and listed as unknown channels though I'm not into soccer anyway.. The missing channels which I mentioned last time has also been updated. I can now scan the .5hz and am able to receive the newer H2 lifetime channels..

the firmware I got was from 13082013-FYHD-Black-usb_upgrade_all_flash.bin
It is the new firmware but inside the system info it still shows the sw version as 100 but you should now see 2 decimal places (5 digits instead of 3) when scanning the frequency..

I try it but i cant get the signal at all. I try all the freq for bpl but to no avail.

Did you update the fw? I did rescan after flashing firmware. Be sure to set symbol to 6090 and rescan also.. after that it's in the 900+ of the channel.. not the default 402..
