I need help please, i have a new dreambox 500, installed worked well without any programing just for trial on FTA channel, the second day i tried to switch it on.... received a black screen without any respons from the remote controle... noting that power flash is green. can you please help

Unplug box from wall socket for 5 mins or maybe overnight & see
will it come back. If it doesn't you will have to flash image to box
using DREAM-UP loader

ok my server i gues would be a dreambox 500c in this case...
clients are going to be PC's with technotrend 1500/1501 cable cards....i might even use other dreamboxes or ITGate boxes as clients.

I would set up c/s initially with DM500c as server & DM500c as client 1. When you have DM500c working as client 1, then attempt to set up Itgate box as client 2. You may have to f**k around with Itgate settings, although they are excellent boxes, tutorials are nowhere as available as Dream tutorials. When you have share up & running I would use Itgate220 as server box, as Itgate are in my opinion far superior to clone DM500 boxes.
You might have a bit of fun setting up PC's as clients using cards. Others on DK who are more IT-savvy than me may help you with that project. I would use other Itgate & DM500 as clients. Save yourself lot of hassle.
I am not a server & have no wish to be one, but I do know servers who may help you with RSA-key converter. As your own
credibility has not been verified that won't happen yet. Maybe you should ask member on sa**ings to speak for you or even
better ask sa**ing members to supply you with RSA-key converter. The people I know with this knowledge are members
on sa**ings. Read thru this tut on internal sat-share & you will
have all you need while you await RSA-keys

You need to FTP Ccam 2.14 to your box & set it as default cam.
When you are set-up post back on forum. Servers read thru forums
looking for business & they will contact you via PM so as not to
contravene forum rules re card-sharing

still not had any contact from servers...can no one tell me how to get the RSA keys to set up c/s internal to my network ??...even for a fee ???

It's not about a fee. It's a credibility issue. The only reason a
server might contact you is if you posted looking for a c-line
You posted looking for tut. on RSA keys, allegedly for internal
share. How does anyone know you're not setting up cable c/s
for profit, or that you're not employee of Provider company.
You come on here demanding help, yet in 13 months you have
made 8 posts, so don't think you helped too many on DK. You
also have THANKED NO ONE on forum. So hang around, bet you
will get loads of PM's with info you want.

i dont wana settin up c/s externally - too risky in my opinion
as for thanking anyone.....i havent got a solution for what i am after so nothing to thank for yet......and as for sharing - i dont know owt bout c/s....so nowt to share.....sorry guys.

Plug in box & follow set-up instructionsin manual which came with
box. Select Astra 28.2 satellite from list in menu & scan for FTA
channels. If you want to clear encrypted channels you will have to
pay server subscriptions. You will also have to set up your box to
enable c/s. Read thru this it will give you general idea of set-up
