Eagle box

DK1 freezes when I am navigating menu, installing skin or other plug-ins. Is it just my eagle box or any other clone owner having same problem? I think the DK1 image is second to none, I have used many other images but this one rocks. welldone Devilfish.

I haven't experienced any freezing when navigating menus?

Do a channel scan, go to Ch4 and reboot the box from the shutdown menu, see how it goes after that. Then you'll need to add the special files to get any premium channels.

i try this i did and had to reflash the box!!!!!!!!!!!

You're correct, this is something to do with the default skin and a missing font file. I'll note this and have it fixed in the next release.

In the meantime, if you choose this option and you end up getting the font fatal error, you should still have ftp access to the box. Go to /var/tuxbox/config/enigma and edit the 'config' file, find this line i:/enigma/zaposd=00000001 and delete it, save file and reboot box.

...then that line gets added to the config file.

What a great image DF & the teams thanks the only thing is i cant get the picons to show ive dled them via the server do i need to activate them somehow?

I have been using the image for the day or so, and I am extremely impressed...a fast stable image with buckets loads of extras and is very easy on the eye.
