DM500 and N3 upc card

Has anyone tried the PuntalBckup_DM500 image?

I installed it but cannot replace,edit or delete the cable.xml and satellite.xml files they seem to be read only.

Any ideas

Puntal dm500 image

This image has the cables.xml file located in a folder /share
However i placed a copy of my new cable file in /var/etc and was able to do a scan.

im not sure if its much help have a 500c that im using newcs+mgcamd with a polsat card works with out a problem if its any use i can send a back up to anyone that wants it

i got Globecast Nagra3 rom142 card from worldtv globecast.
i took of the tsop and dumped it, but i never done globecast before, so i opened the tsop dump in hex editor but could not go further then finding my receiver number in hex values,
where is the SK or Boxkey located?
sorry but i know nothing about globecast its a new beast for me.

what do you mean with private and public RSA? there is 2 RSA's? any of them will work?
