          .
Try and get access to a pc with an RS232 port on it. Some people can flash from a laptop using the usb RS232. I have never been able to manage this. Also try it with a crossover cable if you've been using a staight ethernet.

          THE TRUTH
          The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

              No CA found/file to big

I tried all the solutions here but not work for my DM800. I used normal LAN cable connect PC to router. Do I need to use crossover cable? Do I also need to use crossover cable connect DB to router?

                            file to big in dreamup

I also had the "file to big" error.

But I found a way around it.
First of you need the null modem cable and the "broken" box need to be connected to the network.
Second use the patched version of Dreamup included in the zip file in romy's post.

Start the patched DreamUp. Make sure network is checked (enabled) and next push the Connect button.
Then power up your dreambox. Upload should start.
After the upload the "No CA found" message should appear. Don't click OK and no need to start enforcer or DM800_repair.
INSTEAD open a browser and go to the ipnumber of the dreambox (it is on the display of the box)
The bootloader webinterface should appear and you can flash the box from there.

It worked for me, I hope it will work for you too.

                            Good luck,
                            Scanner

My DB was crashed so badly that it corrupted the bootloader (power on the DB and it displays "error" in less than 1 second. I managed to use RS232/LAN method to revive the bootloader and subsequently my entire box.
