M8, the Euro Ex5000PVR softwa*e has a built in signal booster.
Menu > Config > Tv settings> OK > Signal Booster > ON > OK.
Try that first.
And also make sure all cables are pushed in tight.

Did the problem with HDD get sorted out or not?

If not, when you flashed the box, did you do it with the HDD in or did you add the HDD after?

I'm new at this game so would be gratefull for some advice
I've recently got a eurovox ex5100 that was arlready flashed and seems to have most channels however over the past few weeks 2 of the sport channels have been scrambled. do i need to reset to factory degault before i power scan or is there a simpler way if i just need the sport channles rescanning?

Im in dublin and on NTL. Is there something i should know about NTL transpoonders? have i purchased paper weight?

Unfortunately at the moment there is no fix for the ex5100pvr in Ireland. BUT dont worry m8, as new firmware should be available very,very soon. So u will just have to hang on a little while longer and then u will be OK.

hi , my ex5100 is working fine, i bought it as new than flshed it with firmwire, but now i after a week or so i m geting scramble channel nt all some of them,, i did factory reset its ok now but one channel its still scrambled,,,its ZEE TV,,,, foreign chhannel,,,can ne one help plzzzmm

Hello m8, the channels u are receiving are the free view channels. In order to view the scrambled ones, u will have to update your box with the latest softwa*e, which is available from the downloads section. Use the correct softwa*e for your box model.

hi there guys just got the ex5100 delivered today and i think its needing flashed as im only recieving freeview channels. anyway im going to download the firmware and have a bash at gettin everything set up. im not really good with technical stuff tho so will probs need to come back for advice if im stuck

We're not even getting al the freeview channels !!! Read on another website that I shouldn't flash it as if I haven't got all the freeview channels to start off with then the box must be faulty? I am sooooo useless with anything technical !! Any advice ?
