New 2015 Enigma2 Boxes DVB-C and DVB-S2 Zgemma Star H1 & 2S

Of course you can use external hdd or flash stick. I just like to use internal flash to see how a box still operates after all plugins are installed.

what worries me is when you say everything goes onto flash?so you cant play say and load it to external usb then?

Jesus Christ mate for ?80 your really worried about support in 10 years time? Haha no worries mate I know what your saying! I just think this box is a game changer. An original officially supported box from China that's cheap! That's gonna stir things up!

A good friend of mine has recommended this box but with it being so new you never know how long the support will last that's my biggest worry.
Ive always bought Dreambox Clone boxes and some will say don't buy clone boxes but they been around so long and the support will always be there.
I know this is an Original box but I'm not convinced in 10 years time the support will be there for this box.

I can get a cable Dreambox 800hd Enigma 2 box for 90 quid delivered and the same sat box for a fiver more but I know they are bullet proof.
Apart from watching tv playing ts media recording does it do any more than my current box?
That's the point I'm trying to make Dreambox clones been out for years and are pretty solid. Say all this in 4 or 5 years time and you have a point.

Fair enough. But cable wise i've come from having a Q5 and having an enigma2 box is totally different. With alliance support, various images, all plugins and updated hardware this will piss all over the dreambox 800HD.C. I looked at those dreamboxes ages ago for cable they don't or did'nt even have a proper hdmi port. just that dvi port! And god knows what the cable tuner is like on the dreamboxes, i've had opticum great cable tuner, q5 poor but does it's job. Then obviously the zgemma H1 with a proper samsung tuner that completely faultless! Works great even with poor signal!

Tuners aren't bad I think they are Philips.
Dvi to hdmi aint no problem they supply the lead and replacement leads are as cheap as hdmi. I bought a 2 metre dvi for ?1.50 delivered.
You cant knock something that's had great support for years.

Ive just had 2 priced for less than 150 del with dhl. Got a mate who wants a new box so might test these at that price.

You won't be dissapointed mate! Does all that a combo box from world of sat can do but for 70% less in real pound coins so your already winning!! I'm interested to see what these other companies are gonna do now because in fact the nearest combo and twin tuner enigma2 boxes are over 70% more expensive, great news for us buyers/users,,,, let the price wars commence!!!
