Help needed confused

all you need to scan is the coaxial cable from a live feed,if you have old coaxial cable it could be losing power,even scanning at a m8s house can show if its a tuner issue.

scanned downstairs using the coaxail there and still getting the same results. must be a tuner issue.

i remember in those good old days of doing a channel dump and uploading it to pc and downloading it as a channel dump but as areas
differ and lists dont last long is there much point,so maybe choice is box repaired or new one,wish the channels came back to make it worth it.

I didn't ,i did a box to box transfer

I seem to be having the same issues as Kyladog.

What is a box to box transfer ? and how do you do it ?
Nothing else seemes to be working at all.

same model receiver hooked upto null modem cable and transfers data from working box to non working box
