Yes Bazz a completely n only connected to the pc/laptop via null/usb or null alone. Download the loader/firmware, box connected off at the bk then on/ once you press download make sure u also press the on button at the front of the KV like 3 secs later. Make sure of the Com u using either 1,2 or ..., you should be fine mate.

I don't think so m8 the last update file was showing 1901 but when you download it it shows on your system as 2001

just updated using new bin file. glitching seems to have gone. however in the software section on the kryptview menu there is still an update that needs to be installed. when trying to download this update it gets stuck.
currently on software currently showing pv4.2.07

You need to go to downloads and download the file Kryptview_A780_19012015. when you download this you will recieve it in rar format, you will have to extract it . then use the loader to download the file. this must be done using null cable
