Thanks evertime i click the file it comes as a bin file

once you got the bin file on your laptop you need to use the loader to download it to the box. you open the loader click on download then a box will appear with the heading code sender. where it says file click on open and navigate to the bin file that you have saved to your laptop and click open, now next to file it should have the path for the bin file. also make sure that the box that says connect has the correct com port.

I gave up with my box the box is wiped dont know what i have done and the fw file comes through as a bin file and i cant get it to download

bin file is correct read the tuts/stickies in the kv section.

I just got the 1901 update via null on my KV and i tried new search but funny enough I didn't get any channels lo?l so before its finishes I exit it n so far no glitch or anything so I'm not risking it... gonna chicken out on that one for now

Regarding updates, do we have to put all three latest updates in or can you just put the latest one.

Reason for asking I have put the latest update file in but when you go to do software update it upzips and starts to load, only problem were back to being very slow again.

Can you please advise

Hey boomerbarry my best thoughts would be the latest one if u doing null/loader/download way just pic the latest in this case 2001 I still got the 1901 n not experienced any glitching but I'm gonna get the 2001 when I get home. If u doing the remote way then u have no choice. I don't understand when u say up zip. ..@Digicom said it's all fixed up n since its all free from the taxman let's all just trust their judgement

I have the 19-01 update done this through null cable but 20-01 is not available to download manually. Have attempted this via software update, started last night and is only at 50% right now.

I've been stuck at 99.9% since 11pm last night mate. Will it finish eventually?
Live in Cardenden in Fife but have friends in Glenrothes with same problem.

I haven't been able to get on here for a few days now and didn't even realize ANOTHER new update was available ! God damn it !
I am going to wait until someone on here says they have updated using the remote succesfully I think as mines not glitching too bad at the moment !
If I did try remote s/w update and it was stuck can I simply exit and then try in a few days time or would that buggar up what I have got at the moment ?

2001 download is working fine with no glistching whatsoever. Via remote a bit slow bur via null/loader all good n sweet... just did mine. Good luck guys
