on the bright side remember u have channels no one else has for free

c/s world isn't plagued with the difficulties that krypt/starveiw are having, @ least not that I'm aware of !

ie downloading films ... scrambled channels
everyone in the house using facebook and msn and download the odd mp3 -- scrambled channels
or the next door neighbour downloading off your connection -- scrambled channels

anyone interested in getting into c/s should give cable c/s a massive swerve, sta is the only way to go......research people, look into it, forget about cable it's not worth the grief !!

ps, not havin a go here, I just feel its much too early to get into cable c/s especially as all areas haven't yet went nag3 and sat c/s has been around for quite a while and is relativity stable!

For me (and this is only my Personal opinion and my personal experience why my KV),it appears to be a problem with whatever TP you set, I have for instance have 2 Knowsley's and 2 Preston's and depending upon which TP I select depends on which channels I get. FOr instance, if I'm Knowsley 1, I don't get Dave channels, If I'm on Preston 2 I don't get Living channels, I suppose it's a case of finding the best TP and sticking with it until all the bugs are sourced out.

same here in brum got 2, 1 channels missing, the other channels all there, but some not working, as long as i have the footie not bothered

hi , a 111 posts and not 1 dealer to say what is happening and when ALL the channels will be back , i know we loose channels and some come back but it,s the "not knowing " whats happening thats the prolem , surley aftr all this time and all the posts on diffrent forms regarding the loss of channels someone from kpview team should have cam e on and answered someones post ,.....

but i bet if someone comes on to buy a box then his mail box will be full of pms ,

I personaly dont think there worth there money, ?150 .i did when they first came out but after the recent uncertainty and the failure of the dealers and kryptview team to supply us with honest backup information then id advice anyone buying one of these to watch what you pay as i think there only worth ?100 and they are DEFINETLY not reliable ..

the kview team have had more than enough time to fix problems AND let us all know what was happening and they havent.,.,

still channels missing after nearly 10 days .,

looks like all who buy one of theese boxes will have to put up with channels dissapearing and coming back ,.,,.
could it be a STARVIEW 2 BOX we have as its no more reliable ,just deerer
