And still no answer to the "BOX NOT REGISTERED" Question. anyone please

YOU as a end user, cant do anything m8, its out of your hands. Your box is barred from the server to put it simply...they keep track of it by the MAC address...so if there is another firmware which comnes out it might help, or some1 have to physically add your mac address onto the server...only then you will get a connection.

just registered myself and logged in again as was unable to download firmware upgrade.. however still can't download. anyone else had this problem?

Wait until the server updates your profile, your welcome email will tell you this.

Guys I would like someone to quote me wer I said you get 12months! As we all know originally the sv's wer intended for 12 month but the ball game has changed as your all aware! We are trying our hardest, I personally don't see another Boxs giving support and keeping their clients updated ***58375; correct me if I'm wrong!

From memory I recall saying "12months or more" as some people have had far more than 12 month and you all know the reason that we have had to lock down the server! As iv also said in numerous posts! So these events ain't our fault! Oh and please no one chat bullish*t about stock again this was simply another fabrication that seems to get repeated!

But unfortunately as these not registered box are because we do not know the origin of these Boxs. Some may be from old stock some may be from an unofficial source but one things for certain we don't have records of these!

Therefore to use our service they will need to obtain a subscription! I will post more regarding this later!

L think your fighting a losing Battle m8 most noobs will never understand wot u lads are doing , they buy the box and the retailer don't give a ~~~~ , l hope u do get it sorted because it take the heat off us lads on that sat side if u get me , most of the lads on here have got them of eBay without doing a simple google , your trying and that's all that matters and they should be thankful for that , it's not them that might end up with a stretch inside

hi kiddy do you know if any of these boxes what are coming up not registered are actually going to come on because i bought mine from a shop called digital promo and am not very happy that i have just payed ?100 for a freeview box when i was lead to believe that i would have a years subscription with the latest firmware.

hi i really do appreciate everything you are trying to do, sorry you are taking so much hassle. the only thing i can say is thank u and will wait to hear from u, just to let you know though it did say where i bought my boxes that 100% authentic no clone, i have had one from them before and that was fine, so any help you can give me regarding this unregistered problem would be great

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

I bought 30 boxes from a supplier, 25 were sold before the server / card reader was busted
since they have come back on i still have 5 left but didn't want to sell them while the system was below par
Suddenly these boxes are classed as unofficial, bought from the same supplier where the other 25 work perfectly because they had registered with SMGO, i can understand you need to run this as a business and start making mioney, but you need to start playing fair else you won't have many customers to renew with you.

I appreciate the fact that both you lads have bought quite a few boxes and are looking for support here but for traders you need to go back to your distributors, I am sure they are well aware of the current situation.

I'm not sure anyone knows whats going on....especially the SV team.
Of course i'm in contact with my distibutor who has forwarded the Mac address's to the relevant people, but i think even the main distributors are at a loss with the SV team constantly moving the goal posts
