Hi all, can anyone help.

Just purchased a starview 5 and i cannot get the latest firmware version 12 to work. It keeps coming up "not a file of this IRD"
I assume i need another firmware unless you know something i don't.

HI folks I am also getting the message "file not of this IRD " when trying to load firmware from usb stick to starview 5 the box . can anyone tell me what it means and how to get round it .
