I've just got a Starview 5 USB 2 and it keeps freezing, I have the 2.05 firmware on it but I understand that 2.03 might be better??

Its a bit late in the day getting a box now use 2.03 and the freezing should stop make the most of it and read up on Nagra 3

i have V2.03 on my box but 8882 on lcd display does this affect anything as my box isn't working quite right?

i had same problem with 8882 but just left it a minute and it cleared ,first time i was a bit impatient and restarted to early instead of letting it boot up

No unfortunately seems that n3 cant be cracked yet advice i have seen is that if you are in n3 area then put your box away and wait for n3 to be cracked if ever it happens or use the radio and FTA channels on your box.

not fta channels.... only 1,2,3,4 and 5......

8882 is caused by not reading how to set up box first and plugging in usb or removing while box is on.
