Starview 5 - firmware

Hi can anyone help me I have a starview 5 box but it came with no firmware or anything on it so I need to download can anyone tell me where I can get this from.

i would send back and get a refund seeing no software has been loaded yet. have a search on here for nagra 3, these boxes wont work very soon as virgin are putting a stop to them,

read post 647and areas gone to nagra3 first,if your on the list box will not work.

Have you lost ALL channels or just some, like movies, music and indian channels?

you are on the n3 list but unsure if its fully changed,you can try a factory reset 0000 to delete,auto scan provider from direct feed only,find channels,exit out then menu1570 put keycode to enable and exit out hope this works for you as time is running outr.i.p

I'm using starview 5 with the latest f/w 2.01 but all my channel have got $ sign infront and I guess I need to pay before I can watch. Any ideas how solve this? I don't get any channels at all if I choose NTL . So I had to select alternative channels but all of them are encrypted, even CNN/Sky Sport News etc.

have u pressed menu then 1570 and turned emu on

hmm v2.03 to use as the other may be fta only no access to enable keycode,check first if on n3 as nothing works on that.
