Hi new on here, have just bought my second SV5 the first worked ok the second bricked with the same firmware, does this mean its a clone? as I was told that this firmware was a clone killer, any ideas?welcomed...... ~Thanks

Nice to know that you managed it, it just goes to show that the peeps on here know what they are doing & it's great that you've taken the time to post back Thanks!!
As for ppv you can't get these unless someone close to you like a neighbor orders it! I ain't got a clue how this works, you can however pick up special events like boxing or wrestling, I think on a sv they are on 1700 tv, but will only show just before the event.

iv got firmware v2.03 iv downloaded it to sv5 the system rebooted and when it comes back on it says 8882 then switches back on bt i still cant watch all the other channels wot am i doing wrong????

starview5 box stuck wont boot, display 8882 on lcd and no display , menu etc .ANy help is much appreciated .

Yes m8 but please make sure any usb device is only pluged in or removed when the box is switched OFF and dont rush things m8
