Losing lots of hours to get a reply from the official importer of a silly brand led tv. (Cousin often buy silly brand)
They got website but email written are all incorrect.
I need firmware cause tv do nothing apart writing "initializing..." on screen.
So I phoned yesterday. Three department. Zero answer.
So I phoned this morning and a record tape told me "speak"
So I shout very loud
* 2 email not working
* I WANNA FIRMWARE for tv brand silly model weird cause it does nothing than "initializing..."
* Send it to my email *email spelled twice*

It's evening, no answer.

Wonder why they will not stop importing sheet tv and sell ice cream, will be easier.
No need to reply to phone or email for broken ice cream.
