seeing as its at the pit i think its going to be a tough match they've had a good start to the season despite having no money to spend, depending on how we go about it hopefully we'll get a result, people who think this is going to be easy are deluding themselves we will have to match them for there work rate and then our better players can start to dictate play, hope the captain can get on at some stage as he could make a massive difference

I hope they are fined and banned from football matches, both the the perpetrators and the club itself. Bitter is too light a word. On other matters Rodwell was unlucky deffo not a red card nor a yellow in my opinion.

Hibbert got away with one on Adam.

Jagielka had a game to forget, deffo a penalty, suprised Kuyt actually missed.

10 men down and i felt Everton still bossed the game in big periods until captain fantastic and Bellers came on then it was all us.

Our back 2 centre backs looked strong n played well for once, Kelly n Enrique were brilliant as usual.

Good on Carroll silencing them blue nosed scum and Suarez was sublime as per usual, Gerrard shot at the end would have been the iceing on the cake if it didn't take a deflection.

Maybe at home to the scum we should play

In the end we managed to get the result but before the game thought it might be a draw.

Sending was harsh, I didnt think it was even a booking to be honest but it was defo a penalty.

I always think Kuyt is going to miss penalties as he doesnt strike the ball cleanly and thought we were gonna rue that miss.

Pleased for Carrol getting a goal and hope that is a catalyst for him to get going as I dont think he does enough on an attacking front and his movement is poor but he can only improve.

In that heat in the end we wore them down and happy we got the result.
