Dempsey deal is still on and looking more and more likely, no fee but i think 8 million is the price. we want to use Adam as part of the deal but i dont think fulham want him.

The latest most interesting deal is we are (apparently) paying 17 million euros for callejon from real madrid.

To be honest im excited by all those players. Sahin looks excellent! lucas, allen and sahin with gerrard, dempsey, suarez, borini and carroll

We have some real options there, seems like we want one more pacey wide player aswell so we will have some real attacking options and a great system to help them all gel together

Me too theres always a mistake or two in Skrtel although he was 1 of our best players last season but look where we finished. Anyway looks as though Skrtel will sign a new deal.

What are your thoughts on callejon guys?

I think he would be excellent on the right side for us, he is quick and hasa good touch but also scores goals. we could line up like this:

borini suarez callejon

sahin lucas gerrard

or

gerrard suarez dempsey

sahin lucas henderson

or

sterling carroll suarez

sahin lucas gerrard


the options are crazy, we would have so many different things we could try in the attacking third

We need to get sahin, dempsey + 1 more pacey wide man and i think we will have a real good chance of 4th.

Spurs and arsenal are weaker now, the chance is there!

17 million euro is about 13 million pounds.

I think that is very reasonable for a player who played 30 games last year, 11 starts and scored 13 goals in all competitions.

He is 25, has champions league and title winning experience and has worked with some of the best coaches and players in the world.

I think he would be a steal at that price personally. Little gamble as we could get most of that back if we had to sell him on.
