You seriously need specks maxi, the 3rd goal was onside and the replays confirmed it, no question about it.

Hear what you saying, but how many teams could seriously win the EPL nowadays? In April 'most seasons' it's just down to Man U & Chelsea.

I agree, don't think Celtic & Rangers will play in EPL - not for the want of trying! Though I can see a European League in time. As quickly as poss' for the old firm teams..they are falling more behind every season now.

Btw I take it that you think Liverpool are a shoe for the final of the Europa League then - Athletico are 10th in Spanish league I think - can't be a real team... Shame about Torres missing out, was looking forward to see him playing against his old club.

If Celtic and Rangers had the availability of the funds in the EPL they would be competing every season for honours, the problem for both clubs is they rely solely on the fans, as prize money in the SPL is a pittance in comparison to the EPL. The only chance of extra income is the European competitions, given that they can't compete in an inflated market for quality players both find it difficult in this area too. The EPL is a far superior league to SPL, of that there is no question, but it too is a two horse race almost every year in that the two leagues are similar.

Ahhh maybe it was because Rangers were so close to winning the league, whereby Celtic have virtually nothing to play for besides pride. Fans are entitled to stay away if they are not happy with thier team, if Liverpool fans or for that matter any other team are content to turn up in numbers regardless of how thier team are performing that's thier business, It costs me at least ?200 every fortnight to follow Celtic and I have my season book, I'm not prepared to keep going out of blind faith, though I do intend travelling to the end of the season, as I would like to give Lenny my support and feel other Celtic fans should do so also, but I'm certainly not going to knock them for not going !

What is your problem with Celtic ?

As I've said before Skegs, LFC4life has an angst against Celtic what I dunni get?? Maybe he's got a half Rangers & half Liverpool hat or something??

I don't want to make this into a Celtic v Liverpool thing (like LFC4life would like it to be), but didn't Liverpool get something like 10,000 for a game against Wolves in the cup one night not that many yrs ago? Boomer you'll correct me if I'm wrong. & what was Rangers crowd at home in the cup to Hamilton this season??

This season will be our worst average attendence in some yrs, but will it still be higher than Liverpool's, who play in 'THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD EVER!' & we all know & agree the SPL is sh*te.

The Pool game I was thinking of was in the 80's & the Rangers attendence was 21,000 against Hamilton this season.

The funny thing is matty, I always had a wee eye on Liverpool as my sons a fan, I've been at Anfield at least a dozen times in the last few years, always found the pool fans to be very fair and more than that friendly, I wonder how many visits lfc4life has had to Anfield ? One can only wonder at the mentality of someone who holds so much animosity towards people he has never met, strange ! Oh well, it takes all sorts to make a world unfortunately.
