R4 Firmware Update 1.23

I hope that this works as I have just added some games to my sons card which would not play so I updated the card from the r41.cn site and get stuck on the loading screen

i tried playing infinite space on v. 1.18 on my r4 and it hasnt been working... it works for everyone else, but hopefully this will work for me now >.<

There is a new R4 firmware for genuine r4 cards called Wood 1.04. It's meant as a replacement for firmware 1.18 and runs the new warioware DIY no probs

I already heared about an alterative for the offecial firmware. Called, if I am not mistaken YSMenu.

Anyways, any idea why does the R4 get stuck at the loading screen?

I think because it is fake so it needs special firmware. Any other ideas?
