are you connected to the internet and have the sd card in?

plus have you tried h-h post

You do have another option which is to extract this file onto a blank sd card http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...mmm-13-4-1978/ it contains all the latest d2x cios and usbloader gx I have also put instructions in the file...If you don't have ios 236 then reload to ios 249 where it says reload to ios236

I would try USB Loader GX Easy installer (for Windows) the second one in the list. Its an exe that you run from Windows with the SD plugged in so it can write files to it.

First I would delete to apps\usbloader_gx folder and delete the SD:\config folder thats where it stores all the game pictures and settings.

It doesn't matter which version is installed because you can do an update in the USB Loader GX settings which will update to 2.3. After the update close USB Loader GX then start it up again and reload all your game pictures, you can click on Credits in the settings to see which version you're currently running.
Right thought I would have another go of this. Couldn't get the 2nd one to extact correctly so tried the 3rd one (all in one package) and installed the wads.

My USB seems to be reconising now and just now installing my copy of pro evo 2008 soccer.

        Will update how it goes!

Downloaded thanks. Do I put this in apps on my sd card? How do I install it?

Also I have installed 2 games to my USB drives from original cds which I own. There is no game picture on the menu it just shows a question mark and when I try to load the games it just goes to a blank screen. Is this because I had not updated my cios yet?

Yes on USB Loader GX you have to click on the 5th icon along the top so it shows the game picture on the left and the list of games on the right just click on any game picture even if it s ? mark and put a tick in all the boxes and click ok each time. As CK has said your Wii has the be networked before it will download them to the SD card.

In the other two USB Loaders you just click on the Setting icon on the bottom and then download. Then you can download all covers again or just the missing ones.

Or if you don't have it networked to can download all the different picture and put the in the appropriate folder on the SD card from GameTDB - games database

I found that as well so I googled and found a working version of d2x-v7-final.zip

I have downloaded d2x-v7-final.zip and run Gx Loader from HBC I also have tried to update as per the utube video and It states no more updates so I guess I have the latest version.

Do I always have to load GXloader from HBC or can I just load straight from the loader channel from now on?

Also my HDD says I have 2 games and when I select the game on the menu it makes the noise of the game, but when I try to load its still coming up with a black screen.

You can use a forwarder as a user asked about this on here and I uploaded mine for him but I can't find that thread now as the search facility is very poor on here.

You can download the Forwarder Channel and install the wad with MMM. If thats the only USB Loader you're using then ok as I have the CFG Loader and WiiFlow channels on mine. I use USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder.wad if you want to Google for that and download it. 99% of games run with 249 there is only MW3 that uses 250 as far as I know.

I'm not sure why it jumps back with a black screen. You only have 2 games on the drive at the moment what are their names?

I would assume that its using the default IOS249 for the game but if you click on the game which shows the game disc spining click on Settings and click along to IOS and see which number that game is using. If its not 249 click on it and type in 249 and save. 99% of games use 249 apart from MW3 which uses 250 as far as I know.
