Wii USB HD Loader

I'm having trouble

Have installed bannerbomb for 4.2 and wii is all updated usinf the safe 4.2 updater, I have homebrew channel on the wii menu, i open it and i get blue screen with bubbles rising up and I have the usbloader and cIOS36_rev9-Installer in the apps folder and nothing appears in the homebrew channel so cant load the cIOS36_rev9-Installer as stated in the first post

Any ideas please!!!!

Right managed to get the cIOS36_rev9-Installer to install buy naming the folder in apps to cIOS36_rev9-Installer and the actuall installer inside i had to change the name to boot

Did this to the hdloader v1.1 aswell and this also ran but when i get the black rectangle appear with the hdloader1.1 i get an error that reads......

"CUSTOM IOS COULD NOT BE LOADED ! (RET = -4100)"


HELP!!!!!!

I see where the problem is coming from i think!!!!

when running the custom IOS installer 1.6, i choose "netwrk installation"

It downloads IOS 1-14 patches fine

it adds 15 ok

Then when it installs the custom IOS i get an error....

"installing ticket.... ERROR! (ret = -2011)"


Any ideas whats wrong please and how i can sort it.

yes it is possible with a usb key/pen as for speed its smoother than disc

im running 4.2u and i finally got it to start up after reinstalling all costom ios's and now when i start up it tells me error unable to initialize usb subsystems (ret=-6)
i know my usb is compatible because i had it working before my dad updated the wii

sound like you have a corrupt or out of date cios were did you get the files from?

there all auto updateable dont matter which one you use, some look nicer than others,like coverfloader and wii flow

I've followed this Wii 4.2E softmod tutorial. Easy to follow guide and its working great with uLoader. But I've a one little problem.

I want to use the WiiFlow as an USB Loader. I've installed the WiiFlow from its site. It's working and seeing the games on my HDD. I've downloaded the covers etc.
But when I tried to launch the games (GH5 and Wii Sports Resort) its going into the black screen and pauses. I've tried to launch the games with 223 etc. just like I'm doing in the ULoader; but it keeps freezing

I've read some tutorials abour the wiiflow; but I'm not sure if that installing process (includes IOS38 with 37 or something) will also fail the launch of ULoader.

I desperately need your help about the WiiFlow installation. What should I do to make it work (with out compromising the uLoader)?

Your help will really be appreciated. Thanks in advance, and your time for reading.

I always thought that if i could achieve the hard ones the rest will never be a problem

I got them worked with uloader. Even I managed to run wii s r without reading any tutorial with uLoader. But I don't understand why they aren't working with wiiflow. ANy ideas?

if you have sorted gh5 it should also work with wiiflow,have you tried the alternative dot.dol with wiiflow?

I don't have any alternative dol file There is only one that I've used to launch Wii s r video. And it's not working with GH5 or Wii S R on WiiFlow. I really don't understand why uloader is working and why Wii flow is not

* Make a new folder on your SD card and name it "alt-dols"
* Place the DOL file in your alternate DOL folder..
* Run the loader, and change the custom path for alternate DOL's to "SD:\alt-dols\"
* Bring up the game you want, open up settings, and turn alternate DOL to ON
then follow guide for wii s r
