Update Softmodded wii from 4.0E to 4.2E

I have run the v.4.2 safe firmware updater now but when i check my wii's firmware it still says 4.1?!? What's wrong?

theres no need for that did it install without errors?it should take a good 5 mins

if that fails you can do it by wad installation Safely Update Your Nintendo Wii to System Menu 4.2

try unplugging the wii for a min or 2 if that dont work try post 26
