    it is a Dell laptop
you have typed them in the correct case as tags and passwords are case sensitive

the only other one I can calculate is t8bwE43e6tTeA77n make sure you type them in as the case they are printed

Hi, thank you for helping us with our dell passwords. Mine has an admin set, and I'm unable to get the boot sequence available to do cdrom. No hard drive, or screen at boot, it's just that you can't change anything inside the BIOS.

My Service Tag number is: 82FK7C1 and it ends in the popular ending you stated is for the latitude series. 595B

This is my first post so I am also introducing myself. I'm Joe from Florida. Thanks so much!

No sir, that wouldn't be me, but it's nice to hear you know a Joe from Florida!

I have one more that has just the admin p/w set. Again this is not affecting the operation of the machine, but with this p/w set you cannot change anything in the bios.

It's Tag is: DRD2XD1. I would really appreciate it if you could let me know this one too?

Thank you for your reply and the welcome to the forum!

That one doesn't work on the 82FK7C1 tag. (D620) These are admin p/w's set in the bios. No hd, system or other pw's are set, just this admin one. Which, prevents any changes to the bios, including boot, time, etc. Perhaps this is a different type of issue for the generator maybe? The p/w field to unlock or enter the admin p/w is 8 characters.

Not sure why that's not working. Tag on bottom matches the bios. It's the admin p/w in bios. Entered it in a few times. If you have any other ideas that would be great, I don't want to take up your time. It's not the end of the world but I can never make any changes, which is irritating.

I have another one, same thing, could we try a code on it and see if it works?

                  It's Tag is DRD2XD1-595B

                  Thanks!

You da man! Worked perfectly on the D30!

The D620 is the code that's not working. Do you have any suggestions on that one? I don't want to take up your time on this since your graciously donating it to all of us.

                      Thanks!

Hi all, just joined this great site and not too sure how to do this (I'm a total beginner) but could do with some similar help. I need the admin password for Dell Latitude 360, service tag BPRV33J-595B. I can get through the start up screen and also into one of the users, just not the admin.

Thanks in advance and apologies if I've breached any protocoles.

Well when I gave you the service tag I didn't include the dash and last 4 numbers.

82FK7C1-595B not sure if that matters. I'll check out your PM now. If that mattered please let me know.
