I have a bberry 9300 is this download still working? i tried the link and it downloaded a bunch of wierd things... im not good at this i bought the phone its koodo and futureshop sold me a telus sim said go here and ask for help.... im so confused this was supposed to be my fiances suprise when he gets home now im out alot of money... bought private/used too

didn't work as tried for a free one and then a instant one but didn't work so got money back though paypal

Have you tried using the MEP4 code?

If the phone is from a network that piggybacks another network (Tesco piggyback on T-Mobile, Virgin use O2..I think) then a different level SIM lock may be used.

Also check on how many attempts are remaining. If it says '0 attempts left' it's gonna cost you more to reset the phone.
