This is trouble.

Wife bought a BB torch from overseas. She tried to network unlock it but entered the wrong MEP2 code and all 10 attempts have been used.

(now banging my head on my desk....)

I know that this is going to be a headache... but if there's anyone in the know who would have suggestions on how i can have the least headache fixing this phone... I would be EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.

Think you both need to take them into a shop. Never had to deal with it, but the counters may be able to be reset.... But it will cost you.
