Is it safe to say my phone does not have a MEP?

It's CDMA base. I researched it and all I find is MEP for GSM based phones.

I've entered into the service screen and found a bunch of stuff but no MEP.

I decided to go into the pay unlock sites and bingo, it does not ask for MEP if its CDMA from say Verizon. I was not asked for any MEP last year with my Storm 1.

I have found three different "service" screens all over the net and none of them list any MEP.

                        I'm really lost here.

Hope anyone can help me i've got a blackberry 8700g locked to 02, mep software says waiting for blackberry phone, gone into the menu to try and generate a mep from a couple of sites, but it's asking for app version in format 4.6.6.6 (233), my app version is 4.1.0.351 without any number in brackets at the end, anyone any ideas

                                TIA
