Thats a little vague by this i mean did you have the standard we need to update our records letter, or have you from time to time had to call to have the upodate done over the phone and lastly have you ever used the auto online updater from the official site.

That last part may have been your downfall as i would imagine everything is recorded by you know who so basically you missed 3 entitlement updates, and from reading similar posts that using the website updater is a big No-No, perhaps they grew suspicious who knows but i would imagine if you keep missing updates they will wonder why.

yes definatley need clarification on what has happened.

on another note someone with a new HD paired card who cannot clear 80% of channels in osclamb etc etc has reported that activating the card in an old white SD box has resulted in the card now being able to clear all SD content in osclamb!!


i will confirm this later today as a friends card (new activated which doesnt clear 80% of content) will be being activated in a white SD box, lets see , at least we will know wether sd will work for a while..........

Very very unlikely. Ask them how they paired the card

My card received an update today in Oscam and I lost all premium channels. I had a pace box in the loft and thought I'd get the card paired to that to test whether the card will clear movies and sports again in the server. Got the card paired and it cleared all channels in the Pace box but when I put it back in the server box the Sly Sports & Movies still do not work but all other channels clear.

So pairing an HD card to an SD box will not bring back the premium channels despite it clearing in the SD receiver.
